These terms govern your use of Tagwit (tagwit.com), operated by Tagwit, based in Spain. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@tagwit.com.

What Tagwit is

Tagwit generates Etsy listing content — a title, description, and tags — from a product photo and optional details you provide, using AI. Tagwit is an independent tool: we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

Your account

You sign in with a password or a one-time email link. Keep your password and your email secure — anyone who can read your email can reset access to your account. You must be able to enter a binding contract (in most places, 18 or older) to use paid plans.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Free — 3 listings total, no card required.
• Pro — unlimited single listings.
• Studio — everything in Pro, plus bulk upload (up to 25 photos per run).

Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record — Polar is the seller for billing purposes, handles VAT, and processes refunds under its terms. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future periods.

"Unlimited" plans carry a fair-use ceiling of 500 generated listings per day, which is far beyond normal use and exists to stop automated abuse.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you own or have the right to use.
• Don't use Tagwit to create listings that are unlawful, infringing, or violate Etsy's policies.
• Don't probe, overload, scrape, resell, or attempt to bypass the service's limits or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Your content and output

Your photos and details remain yours. The generated listings are yours to use, edit, and publish — we claim no rights over them. You give us only the limited permission needed to process your inputs and generate your output.

AI output disclaimer

Listings are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally describe your product wrongly. Review every listing before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish on Etsy, including its accuracy and compliance with Etsy's rules. Tagwit does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, or sales.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Tagwit available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Tagwit and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with refunds handled per Polar's policy where required.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Spanish law; EU consumers keep the protections of their home country's law. If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date above and notify account holders of significant changes.
